An upright police officer arrives in a rural district where violence against lower-caste communities is treated as routine and their complaints are brushed aside. When a brutal case is dismissed instead of properly investigated, he pushes past local indifference and starts digging into what happened. The deeper he goes, the more he runs into a system built to protect the powerful: compromised officials, political pressure, and a police force that would rather keep order than confront caste abuse. As evidence points toward wider corruption, his investigation turns from a single crime into a direct challenge to the hierarchy around him, with Udhayanidhi Stalin at the center of the crackdown.
