The Replacement Killers
ActionAdventureCrimeDramaMysteryThriller87 min
After refusing to kill a police officer’s young son for a Chinatown crime boss, hitman John Lee goes on the run through Los Angeles, knowing his family in China could pay for his disobedience. Chow Yun-Fat is Lee, a professional assassin trying to get out of the country before the triad closes in. His best chance is Mira Sorvino’s Meg Coburn, a document forger who can secure the passport he needs. With Stan Zedkov (Michael Rooker) caught in the fallout and a squad of replacement killers sent to finish the job, the chase moves through gunfights, back alleys, and the city’s underworld.
