Zero Dark Thirty

DramaThriller157 min

After the September 11 attacks, CIA analyst Maya spends years chasing fragments of intelligence in the hunt for Osama bin Laden. Jessica Chastain is the officer at the center of the search, moving through interrogations, embassy meetings, and tense briefings as the trail stretches across the Middle East and into Pakistan. Jason Clarke appears as a fellow operative in a film focused as much on surveillance and competing intel as on military action. Kathryn Bigelow directs the operation as a procedural built from secret work, political pressure, and one lead Maya refuses to let go.
