Y Tu Mamá También

DramaRomance106 min

After their girlfriends leave for the summer, two Mexico City teens persuade an older woman they barely know to join them on a drive to a remote beach. Diego Luna’s Tenoch and Gael García Bernal’s Julio are close friends from different social worlds, full of swagger, sex talk, and rivalry; Luisa (Maribel Verdú) accepts their invitation and turns the trip into something less carefree than they expect. Directed by Alfonso Cuarón, the film moves through highways, small towns, and coastlines as attraction, class, and friendship keep shifting inside the car.
