Kill the Irishman

ActionAdventureCrimeDramaThriller106 min

In Cleveland’s mob underworld, Irish-American enforcer Danny Greene rises from a street tough to a union power broker and then a gangster in his own right. As he grabs territory and refuses to bow to the city’s Italian crime families, alliances shift and a local feud turns into open war. Car bombs, hit men, and backroom deals pile up while Greene keeps pushing forward, surviving attacks that should have ended him and making himself a problem no one can ignore. Ray Stevenson stars as Greene, with Vincent D’Onofrio in the orbit of the criminal world closing in around him. The film follows the pressure building as one man’s ambition helps cripple the Mafia’s hold on the city.
