Steven Seagal is Orin Boyd, a Detroit detective whose habit of breaking rules to stop dangerous suspects gets him dumped into the city’s roughest precinct. What looks like a punishment detail turns into something bigger when Boyd uncovers a drug ring being run from inside the department itself. To get at the cops behind it, he forms an uneasy alliance with DMX’s Latrell Walker, a local gangster who has his own stake in the operation. Isaiah Washington, Michael Jai White, Bill Duke, and Jill Hennessy round out a story of crooked badges, street-level deals, and bruising action.
