The Final Cut

DramaMysterySci-FiThriller95 min

In a not-too-distant future where implanted microchips record every moment of a person’s life, Robin Williams is Alan Hakman, a “cutter” hired to turn the dead’s raw memories into polished memorial films. His job gives him quiet control over how lives are remembered, smoothing over what families were never meant to see. But when one assignment reveals a secret tied to the recordings, Hakman’s careful distance starts to collapse. Mira Sorvino and Jim Caviezel join Williams in a story built around edited memories, funeral tributes, and the danger of seeing too much.
