A senior British intelligence officer is thrust into the top job just as a buried past comes back to life. His promotion puts him at the center of a security crisis, but the greater danger may be personal: a Russian agent he once knew resurfaces, forcing him to account for old choices he thought were finished. As pressure builds inside the service and suspicion spreads at home, every conversation starts to look like a test of loyalty. Charlie Cox and Olga Kurylenko anchor a story of competing allegiances, where private history and state secrets collide and one man's rise threatens to expose far more than a single operation.
