Demolition Man

ActionAdventureAnimationCrimeSci-FiThriller115 min

After a 1996 rescue mission goes wrong, L.A. cop John Spartan and the killer he’s chasing are sentenced to cryogenic prison — then thawed out 36 years later when Simon Phoenix escapes into a tightly controlled future Los Angeles. Sylvester Stallone is Spartan, a demolition-prone relic dropped into a pacified city shaped by censorship, corporate order, and polite rules nobody breaks. Sandra Bullock’s Lenina Huxley, an officer raised in this new society, helps him track Phoenix while navigating a world of cryoprison tech, underground resistance, and culture shock on both sides of the law.
