Help!

ActionAdventureComedyMusical92 min

Ringo Starr becomes the target of a sacrificial cult after a fan sends him a ceremonial ring that won’t come off. John Lennon, Paul McCartney, and George Harrison are pulled into the chase as the Beatles try to keep Ringo out of reach, while a pair of mad scientists, Scotland Yard, and a dead-eyed would-be assassin close in from every side. Richard Lester steers the band through a fast-moving tangle of gags, disguises, chases, and musical set pieces, with Leo McKern and Eleanor Bron adding to the film’s offbeat menace and comic absurdity.
