He's Just Not That Into You
ComedyDramaRomance129 min
Gigi can’t stop overreading every bad date and missed callback, until Alex starts giving her blunt advice about men who say they’ll call and don’t. Around them, an interconnected group keeps hitting their own relationship stalemates: Jennifer Aniston’s Beth wants a proposal from longtime boyfriend Neil, while Janine (Jennifer Connelly) starts to question her marriage as Ben’s attention shifts elsewhere. Ginnifer Goodwin and Justin Long lead the film’s central thread, with Ben Affleck, Bradley Cooper, Scarlett Johansson and Drew Barrymore moving through overlapping stories about mixed signals, commitment and the gap between what people say and what they mean.
