The Angry Birds Movie

ActionAdventureAnimationComedyFamily97 min

On an island of cheerful, flightless birds, Red is the local outcast, a short-fused resident whose temper keeps getting him into trouble. Jason Sudeikis is Red, joined by Josh Gad’s speedy Chuck and Danny McBride’s volatile Bomb, two fellow misfits who rarely fit the island’s relentlessly sunny mood. When mysterious green pigs arrive under the leadership of Leonard (Bill Hader), Red is the first to suspect the visitors have their own agenda. The film turns the game’s bird-versus-pig setup into a story about unlikely allies, suspicion, and an island paradise starting to look a lot less peaceful.
