Ned Kelly

ActionAdventureCrimeDramaRomanceWestern110 min

Heath Ledger is Ned Kelly, the young outlaw at the center of a manhunt in colonial Australia after Constable Fitzpatrick pins an attack on him and inflates the story. With a huge reward posted, Ned disappears into the bush alongside his brother Dan and the rest of the Kelly Gang, trying to stay ahead of the authorities while looking for a way to clear their names. Orlando Bloom turns up among Ned’s closest allies as Joe Byrne, while Geoffrey Rush looms over the chase as the lawman driving the pursuit. Naomi Watts’s Julia brings a quieter thread to the story as pressure closes in on Kelly’s family.
