Major Payne

ActionAdventureComedyFamily95 min

Discharged from the Marines when there’s no war left to fight, Major Benson Winifred Payne is handed an unlikely new command: the Junior ROTC unit at a local academy, where a ragtag bunch of cadets seem headed nowhere. Damon Wayans is Payne, a career soldier who treats school drills like battlefield prep, and Karyn Parsons’s Dr. Emily Walburn is the counselor who challenges his military methods. On a campus far removed from combat, Payne has to figure out what to do with a room full of kids who don’t know how to fall in line.
