Agent Carter

ActionAdventureCrimeDramaMysterySci-FiThriller43 min per episode

In postwar America, Peggy Carter is stuck doing clerical work while the men around her dismiss the agent she proved herself to be during the war. Secretly, she is drawn back into fieldwork when Howard Stark is accused of selling dangerous weapons, and his butler Edwin Jarvis asks for her help clearing his name. As Peggy tracks stolen inventions through nightclubs, laboratories, and back rooms, she has to hide her work from her own colleagues at the SSR, who are hunting the same case without knowing she is involved. Hayley Atwell leads a story where every mission forces Peggy to outmaneuver both criminal networks and the sexism closing in around her.
