Dallas Buyers Club
Drama117 min
In 1986 Dallas, rodeo electrician Ron Woodroof is told he has HIV/AIDS and 30 days to live, a diagnosis that collides with his hard-living persona and the fear surrounding the epidemic. Matthew McConaughey is Woodroof, who starts tracking down unapproved treatments from outside the U.S. and organizing a buyers’ club for other patients. With Jared Leto’s Rayon, a fellow patient and unlikely partner, and under the watch of Dr. Eve Saks (Jennifer Garner), Ron moves through hospitals, clubs, motel rooms, and border crossings as he pushes against regulators, stigma, and his own prejudices.
