Kathir and his friend Basheer grow up in a village with bigger plans on their minds, and after watching local salon owner Sacha at work, Kathir decides he wants to become a hairdresser himself. RJ Balaji is Kathir, chasing that ambition through a story built around friendship, family ties, and the pull of life beyond home. Sathyaraj, Lal, and John Vijay are part of the wider ensemble as the film follows Kathir from youthful admiration toward a trade that starts to define him. Gokul’s Tamil coming-of-age drama keeps its focus on ordinary dreams, the people who shape them, and the world of the neighborhood salon.
