ActionAdventureComedyCrimeSci-FiThrillerWar110 min

After his family is slaughtered by the Van Der Koys, a deaf-mute orphan known as Boy grows up in the jungle under a mysterious shaman’s brutal training, turning himself into a weapon for revenge. Bill Skarsgård is Boy, heading back toward a post-apocalyptic city ruled by Famke Janssen’s Hilda Van Der Koy, the matriarch behind an annual culling of dissidents. Guided by an inner voice borrowed from a childhood video game and shadowed by the apparent ghost of his little sister, Boy collides with resistance fighters in a rush of martial-arts chaos, bloodshed, and dark comedy.
