My Lady Jane
ComedyDrama50 min per episode
Lady Jane Grey’s brief, doomed turn on the English throne gets rewritten in this alternate 1553 England, where history bends before it can swallow her whole. Emily Bader is Jane, a young Tudor noblewoman shoved toward power by marriage plans and succession politics, then forced to fight for her own future. Edward Bluemel appears opposite Bader as the romance and court chaos gather speed, while Anna Chancellor and Dominic Cooper move through the palace intrigues around the crown. Instead of solemn history, the series folds fantasy, sharp comedy, and adventure into Jane’s story, turning a familiar royal tragedy into something messier, stranger, and much less obedient to the record.
