The Twelve Tasks of Asterix
ActionAdventureAnimationComedyFamilyFantasy82 min
To prove that Gauls can match the gods, Julius Caesar orders Asterix and Obelix to complete twelve impossible tasks. The pair leave their tiny village and set out across a Roman world built to stop them, facing trials that swing from brute-force contests to absurd feats of bureaucracy. Each challenge turns into a comic standoff between Roman authority and the heroes’ stubborn ingenuity, with victories only leading to the next, stranger test. As the list grows more ridiculous and the pressure to fail mounts, the film follows Asterix and Obelix through a chain of set pieces that parody epic quests while keeping the stakes fixed on one question: can they make Rome admit defeat.
