Do the Right Thing

ComedyDrama120 min

On the hottest day of the summer in Brooklyn’s Bed-Stuy, a neighborhood argument over the Wall of Fame at Sal’s pizzeria starts exposing deeper racial tension on the block. Spike Lee is Mookie, the delivery man moving between the shop and the street, while Danny Aiello’s Sal runs the neighborhood fixture at the center of it all. Around them, Buggin’ Out, Radio Raheem, Da Mayor, and a chorus of residents trade jokes, grievances, and challenges as the heat keeps rising and every sidewalk conversation starts to carry more weight.
