Smokey and the Bandit II

ActionAdventureComedy101 min

Bandit is back on the road, pulled into another long-haul run that quickly turns into a rolling mess of missed plans, bad disguises, and police chases. What starts as a transport job becomes more chaotic by the mile as he tries to keep moving, shake off trouble, and hold the whole scheme together while Sheriff Buford T. Justice barrels after him with a personal grudge and a wrecked trail behind him. Burt Reynolds and Jackie Gleason return to the center of the pursuit, with the highway packed full of detours, pileups, and escalating standoffs. The story keeps its focus on the chase: outrun the law, protect the cargo, and survive the next disaster.
