Destricted gathers a group of short films built around the point where gallery art and explicit sexuality meet. In separate segments, artists and filmmakers including Larry Clark, Gaspar Noé, Sam Taylor-Johnson and Marina Abramović approach sex as performance, image and provocation. The performers, among them Jasmine Byrne and Sativa Rose, appear across pieces that treat the body as both subject and medium, with unsimulated sex used as part of the anthology’s central question: where pornography ends and art begins.
