As new villains take over a futuristic Gotham and Bruce Wayne has long since retired, teenager Terry McGinnis discovers Batman’s secret and is drawn into the job of becoming the city’s next Dark Knight. Will Friedle is Terry, an impulsive kid learning to fight crime under the eye of Kevin Conroy’s older, more hard-edged Bruce. The show trades Gotham’s gothic shadows for neon skylines, high-tech gadgets, and a sleek armored Batsuit, while keeping the mentor-student tension and detective work at the center.
