Sanjay Dutt is a rural politician whose marriage to a widow with children reshapes both his family and his standing in local power. As he leans more heavily on his capable stepson, Ali Fazal's character becomes his closest ally in political matters, leaving his own son feeling pushed aside and fueling a bitter struggle inside the household. Jackie Shroff and Manisha Koirala round out a story built around succession, loyalty, and the collision between family bonds and a fight for influence.
