CrimeDramaHorrorMysteryThriller105 min

After his father’s death and a blowup that lands him under court-ordered house arrest, teenager Kale Brecht is trapped at home with too much time to watch the neighborhood. Shia LaBeouf is Kale, bored, angry, and increasingly fixated on the lives unfolding across the street, while Carrie-Anne Moss’s Julie is left trying to hold the household together. When Ashley (Sarah Roemer) moves in next door, Kale’s idle spying turns into something more alarming: he becomes convinced that one of his neighbors, a tightly controlled stranger played by David Morse, may be a serial killer.
