In the 1980s, an estranged family snatches their teenage son back from a murderous cult and retreats to a remote cabin with a deprogrammer, hoping to break the hold the group has on him. Ben Sullivan is Justin Powell, the young man at the center of the standoff, while Stephen Dorff's Jimmy Levine is the specialist brought in to force a reckoning. Deborah Kara Unger and Johnathon Schaech are among the relatives waiting inside as masked cult members close in outside, turning a desperate intervention into a siege.
