ComedyDramaFamilyFantasy105 min

After years of trying to start a family, Cindy and Jim Green bury a box in their backyard filled with wishes for the child they never had. Then, on a stormy night in small-town Stanleyville, Timothy (CJ Adams) appears at their door, and the couple are suddenly learning how to be parents to a boy with an unusual connection to everything they wrote down. Jennifer Garner and Joel Edgerton ground the Greens as Timothy’s arrival ripples outward through relatives, classmates, and neighbors who aren’t quite sure what to make of him.
