School Ties

Drama106 min

Football scholarship in hand, David Greene leaves his working-class home for an elite 1950s New England prep school, where fitting in means hiding that he’s Jewish. Brendan Fraser is David, a standout quarterback suddenly surrounded by strict traditions, dorm politics, and classmates who treat status like a sport of its own. Matt Damon and Chris O’Donnell are among the boys in the circle he wants to join, even as casual prejudice and school rituals make every friendship feel conditional.
