Black Knight
ActionAdventureComedyFantasy95 min
Martin Lawrence is Jamal, an employee at the Medieval World amusement park whose day takes a sharp turn after a plunge into the moat leaves him waking up in 14th-century England. Dropped into a world of castles, armor, and rules he doesn’t know, Jamal has to navigate medieval life with present-day instincts and a lot more attitude than the setting is built for. Marsha Thomason and Tom Wilkinson join Lawrence in a fish-out-of-water fantasy that moves from theme-park parody to old-world court life, with time travel, mistaken identity, and plenty of culture clash along the way.
