Ultraman: Rising
ActionAdventureAnimationAnimeComedyFamilyFantasySci-Fi121 min
Baseball star Ken Sato returns to Japan expecting a homecoming, and instead inherits his father’s other job: becoming Ultraman, the giant defender standing between Tokyo and a wave of kaiju attacks. Christopher Sean is Ken, a public figure suddenly split between celebrity life and a mantle tied to family history. As the monsters keep coming, the film folds superhero spectacle into bright, stylized animation and city-scale battles, with Gedde Watanabe voicing the father whose legacy hangs over Ken’s next move.
