The Disappearance of Alice Creed
CrimeDramaThriller100 min
After turning a flat into a soundproof cell, two ex-cons kidnap the daughter of a wealthy businessman and pin everything on a ransom payoff. Martin Compston's Danny is the younger, less steady partner, taking his cues from Eddie Marsan's controlled, older Vic as they lock down every detail of the plan. Their hostage, Alice Creed (Gemma Arterton), is gagged, bound, and meant to be a bargaining chip, but the standoff inside the room keeps shifting as she pushes back and the strain between the two men starts to show.
