Lage Raho Munna Bhai

ComedyDramaRomance144 min

A small-time Mumbai gangster falls for a radio host and poses as a history expert to get on her show, only to find himself in deeper trouble when his lie lands him in the middle of a public campaign built around Mahatma Gandhi’s ideas. As Munna tries to keep up the act, he begins seeing and talking to Gandhi, whose advice pushes him toward truth, nonviolence, and a very different way of solving problems. That change is tested when a scheming businessman threatens the people around him, turning Munna’s courtship into a fight over homes, dignity, and doing the right thing. Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi return as Munna and his loyal sidekick Circuit.
