On an overnight transatlantic flight, a woman traveling with her young son is forced out of hiding when armed hijackers seize the plane. Peri Baumeister is the mother at the center, guarding a mysterious illness that becomes impossible to conceal; Carl Anton Koch is the boy beside her as panic spreads through the cabin. As the standoff turns violent and fragments of her past surface, the film folds a claustrophobic airplane thriller into vampire horror, keeping the action locked inside the cabin while her fight to protect her child turns increasingly desperate.
