Nonnas
ComedyDramaFamily111 min
After his mother’s death, a man stakes everything on an unusual tribute: an Italian restaurant whose chefs are actual nonnas. Vince Vaughn is the son turning grief into a business plan, with Linda Cardellini alongside him and Lorraine Bracco and Susan Sarandon among the grandmothers brought in to cook. Inspired by the story behind Staten Island’s Enoteca Maria, the film keeps its focus on family, homemade food, and the chaos of getting a restaurant off the ground.
