The Grudge
FantasyHorrorMystery94 min
After a young mother murders her family in her own home, a detective is pulled into a case that keeps leading back to one house and the ghost attached to it. Andrea Riseborough is the officer tracing a string of deaths to that address, only to find the curse edging toward her own family. Around her, Demián Bichir and John Cho are among the people drawn into the same spreading violence, with Betty Gilpin, Lin Shaye, and Jacki Weaver in the ensemble. The story centers on a single poisoned house and the damage that follows anyone who crosses its threshold.
