The Loser Reborn
122 min
A true story drawn from the 2012 National High School Basketball Championship, The Loser Reborn follows a new coach and six players from the weakest basketball team as they endure eight days of nonstop running. Framed around a high school title event, the film keeps its attention on a small roster facing long odds, physical exhaustion, and the pressure of competing on a national stage. The setup centers on an underdog team stripped down to its essentials: a new leader, six players, and a punishing stretch that turns the championship into a test of stamina as much as skill.
