Jennifer Aniston’s Brooke and Gary (Vince Vaughn) turn their apartment into a battleground of petty standoffs, attempted reconciliations, and escalating payback, with every dinner, chore, and social plan becoming part of the split. Friends, confidantes, and the occasional stranger keep weighing in, pushing the exes toward remedies, war tactics, and awkward overtures as they try to outlast each other under the same roof.
