The Body
CrimeDramaMysteryThriller112 min
After a woman’s body vanishes from a morgue, inspector Jaime Peña has to investigate what should have been a closed case. José Coronado is Peña, a measured detective working through the disappearance with Álex Ulloa, the widower drawn into the search, while Hugo Silva gives Álex a guarded, increasingly strained presence. Belén Rueda is the missing woman whose absence hangs over every new lead. The case unfolds around an empty slab, a suspicious death, and the uneasy partnership between the investigator and the husband who may know more than he says.
