After their lives are fractured by a mysterious organism and an act of hypnosis, two strangers find themselves pulled toward each other. Amy Seimetz is a woman trying to piece together what was taken from her; Shane Carruth’s equally unmoored counterpart recognizes the same gaps in memory and the same loss of control in himself. As their connection deepens, the story traces a larger cycle involving parasites, manipulation, and identities that no longer feel fully their own.
