Behind Enemy Lines
ActionAdventureDramaThrillerWar106 min
During a routine reconnaissance flight over Bosnia, Lt. Chris Burnett photographs evidence he was never meant to see and is shot down deep in hostile territory. Owen Wilson is Burnett, a Navy flight officer scrambling across open ground and minefields while a Serbian general’s forces close in and a sniper follows his trail. Back on the aircraft carrier, Gene Hackman’s Admiral Reigart clashes with command as he tries to launch an unauthorized rescue. The film splits between Burnett’s fight to stay alive behind enemy lines and the pressure building aboard a U.S. Navy operation during the Bosnian War.
