Changeling

CrimeDramaMysteryThriller141 min

In 1928 Los Angeles, Angelina Jolie is Christine Collins, a single mother whose son disappears while she’s at work. Months later, the police stage a reunion, but Christine insists the boy brought home to her is not Walter. As she challenges the LAPD’s version of events, her search for answers draws in a radio minister, Gustav Briegleb (John Malkovich), and begins to expose a wider pattern of civic corruption. Clint Eastwood directs this fact-based story through police offices, church broadcasts, and the public scrutiny surrounding one woman’s refusal to accept an official lie.
