Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children
ActionAdventureAnimationAnimeFantasySci-Fi101 min
Two years after the battle with Sephiroth, Cloud has withdrawn from the world while Midgar’s survivors rebuild among the ruins of the mako city. Takahiro Sakurai is Cloud, a former hero pulled back into the crisis as a deadly illness called Geostigma spreads through the population, killing the afflicted and eroding the peace won at enormous cost. The film returns to the world of Final Fantasy VII with ruined cityscapes, towering swords, and high-speed motorcycle combat, with Maaya Sakamoto among the Japanese voice cast.
