Leo

ActionAdventureAnimationComedyFamilyMusical102 min

After decades as the class pet in a Florida elementary school, 74-year-old lizard Leo learns he may have only a year left to live and starts plotting an escape. Adam Sandler is Leo, stuck in the same classroom tank alongside Bill Burr’s wisecracking turtle, until a take-home class assignment sends the lizard into one student’s home after another. Instead of making a break for the outside world, Leo gets pulled into the private worries of anxious kids navigating the last year of elementary school. Cecily Strong voices the school’s harsh substitute teacher, who keeps the classroom under tight control.
