The Wandering Earth
ActionAdventureAnimationDramaFantasySci-FiThriller126 min
As the Sun expands and Earth is pushed out of the Solar System by thousands of giant engines, a new disaster looms: the planet is on course for Jupiter. Chuxiao Qu is among the civilians pulled into a rescue operation on the frozen surface, while Jing Wu and Guangjie Li are part of the astronaut team working from orbit and a space station. The story moves between large-scale engineering and close family bonds, imagining a far-future Earth where survival depends on emergency crews, impossible calculations, and ordinary people suddenly responsible for the fate of the planet.
