ActionAdventureComedyDrama155 min
At the cusp of India’s independence, a young Bharat is separated from his family and makes his father a promise: he will keep them together, no matter what. Salman Khan is Bharat as the story follows him from childhood into old age, with each decade of post-independence India bringing new jobs, new relationships, and new upheaval. Katrina Kaif and Sunil Grover join him as the film ties Bharat’s private vows to the larger story of a country remaking itself.
