Meg 2: The Trench

ActionAdventureHorrorSci-FiThriller116 min

An exploratory dive into the ocean’s deepest trench turns into a survival mission when a research team crosses paths with a rogue mining operation in forbidden waters. Jason Statham returns at the center of the crew, with Wu Jing alongside him as the expedition faces collapsing systems, armed mercenaries, and giant megalodons rising from below. As the mission breaks apart, the film moves between deep-sea research tech, underwater peril, and above-surface attacks, with the team trying to stay ahead of both human threats and predators from the trench.
