Project Almanac
ComedyDramaMysterySci-FiThriller106 min
A brilliant high school student and his friends uncover secret plans for a time machine, build it themselves, and start using it to rewrite everyday mistakes and missed chances. Jonny Weston is at the center of the group, with Sofia Black-D'Elia and Sam Lerner among the classmates pulled into an experiment that keeps getting bigger than they expect. Told in a found-footage style through phones and handheld cameras, the story mixes teen friendships, first-love complications, and the fallout that comes when a private project stops feeling controllable.
