The Lego Batman Movie

Bruce Wayne has Gotham under control, at least in his own mind, until the city’s usual villains rally behind a fresh Joker plot and he realizes he has accidentally adopted a teenage orphan who wants to become his sidekick. Will Arnett is the swaggering, self-mythologizing LEGO Batman, with Michael Cera as the relentlessly eager kid suddenly orbiting his solo routine. Zach Galifianakis’s Joker turns Batman’s rivalry into something more personal, pushing him toward teamwork he’d rather avoid. The movie keeps its focus on Batman’s oversized ego, Gotham chaos, and the clash between lone-vigilante habits and an unexpected new family.
