Wallace & Gromit: The Wrong Trousers

AnimationComedyCrimeFamilyMysterySci-Fi30 min

Money problems lead Wallace to rent out a room in his house, and the new lodger — a cool, silent penguin — quickly pushes Gromit to the margins. Peter Sallis voices Wallace, whose latest invention, a pair of techno trousers, catches the penguin’s interest for reasons Gromit doesn’t trust. Once Gromit spots the bird on a wanted poster, the cozy household turns into the setup for a jewel robbery. Nick Park’s stop-motion comedy mixes meticulous gadgetry, British understatement, and Gromit’s expressive, mostly wordless suspicion.
